Technology meets fantasy

Conceived as a tribute to Jean-Eugène Robert-Houdin, pioneer of electricity, this original work combined the technique of video mapping, live music and the magical art of prestidigitation in a unique way. For the 20th anniversary of the Maison de la Magie, magnificent, colourful, poetic and spectacular paintings transformed the façade of the home of the famous French illusionist.

The House of Magic in Blois

Located opposite the Royal Castle of Blois in a large bourgeois house, the House of Magic is an essential cultural site in thehistory of the city. Inaugurated in 1998, Robert-Houdin 's house celebrated its 20th anniversary and became a reference museum for sound and light as well as one of the cradles ofIllusion in Europe.

Proving to the world that magic exists

Magic Fusion called on Studio ÉNORME to create a series of interactive animated tableaux. Multiple nods to clock-making, references to card games, automatons and the mythical bestiary of the time allowed the famous house to prove that magic still exists today. 41 musicians from the orchestra of the Conservatoire de musique de Blois played original compositions by Samuel Safa and magician François Normag organised tricks to accompany theevent.
